Hello! I am traveling to Europe this May and would like some help in narrowing down the countries I visit. I have 4 countries at the top of my list but can only afford to go to two this summer. Out of the following 4 places, which two would you choose to go to?
1) Budapest, Hungary 2) Vienna, Austria 3) Trebinje, Bosnia and Herzegovina 4) Tirana, Albania

Hey everyone :) So I've been lurking in this and other related subs for a while. I've been dealing with posture problems.. My posture was very twisted which pretty much compromised all my body joints, and I generated a series of nasty symptoms which left me almost disabled (temperature regulation issues, dizzyness, chronic exhaustion and extreme sweating, chronic anxiety, plantar fascitiis and bleeding, lumbar radiating nerve pain, nerve shocks and needles, couldn't even sit for 10 minutes without pain or dyzziness so I was pretty much bedridden, etc.) . This year I was diagnosed with Hypermobility Syndrome which explained all of this, but still the doctors and physios couldn't do much about it, it seems the condition was beyond what conventional methods could do, and I even read it was uncurable. I was ready to accept that it was a condition I had to live with, and try to be happy despite its nasty debilitating effects.
Anyway, after the therapy failed, I tried many things on my own to see if something worked, and finally I refined a trick which is extremely effective and powerful at least for my specific case, and hits it like no PT has ever done (seriously, 2 days of this has more effect than 3 months of PT for me). The trick itself is kinda obvious in retrospective. It is not a specific exercise like squats or such, but rather a way to do exercise. I first detect tight muscles, and then use my hand to press into them hard (in a line, in circles, or static just pinning it down). Now, although the muscle may want to relax, it's used to be tense and so doing massage it's not enough, one has to mentally focus on not tensing it, if not it is like massaging your bicep while flexing it. After this is done, while continously pressing/massaging the tight muscle one proceeds to do an exercise, like a squat, in all the range while always pressing. In the movement, the body will want to use the tight muscle to support itself but I prevent it by actively massaging the hell out of it (there's another purpose, if the muscle is too tight it will want to "slip to the side" abruptly after it's stretched a bit, and the hand pinning down helps it to stretch beyond what it usually does, and keep the whole movement smooth), and then the body is forced to use a different pattern of movement and the dormant supporting muscles that now have to carry that load. For this reason, the exercise will feel super heavy. I wasn't even able to do 1 bodyweight squat in this form at the beginning, and even now I struggle to reach 5. This different pattern often looks weird. For example in a squat, it's not a straight up and down motion, but I'd have to go down twisting from side to side, and often I'd have to do weird face grins to support the movement lol. The best exercises to hit the whole body are the big compounds like the squat, deadlift, bench presses and pull ups or rows. After the trick has been mastered, the thing is to do a variety of exercises (usually I do all body exercises in 1 day) and hitting as many tight spots/muscles as possible. In this way it becomes systematic, and it truly is. I've had no day of backtrack in the last 1.5 months since I got to this method, all a straight up curve.
Now after the exercise. Actually the exercise itself at least for me doesn't take more than 15 mins in total and I do it every 2 days. So that's the easiest part. The hard part is the posture correction process the exercise triggers. Since I train movement patterns that are totally strange for everyday life (I don't squat twisting to the sides :p ), as the muscles supporting those patterns strengthen, along the day they start to pull the body into new postures, and in the way dissolves a lot of muscle knots as if they were butter, induces a lot of joint cracks and pops, and also a lot of bloat/gas release from the trunk (so lots of farts and burps :p). The old postures that felt comfortable start to ache, so you're forced to switch posture, and stretch your body for this new posture. These corrections happen at every minute so you're constantly stretching all day every day (there are some more special corrections that are worse or different but it'd be too much detail). The first day may be very magical but it gets boring very fast, it's easily hundreds of adjustments per day and piles to thousands over the weeks very easily.
As for the symptoms, so actually I started off with a different method (I used to not press muscles strongly, only touch them, which was less effective), and with that I cured the worst symptoms I mentioned there in 1.5 months, which was like godsent literally (back then it was the greatest thing in my life ever, since I could be back to do everything I enjoyed again pain and anxiety free, I could sit, walk, etc. But now I take this new health for granted). However the method I described is at least x2 or x3 more powerful and even more, reliable, so I think it could do the same in 2 or 3 weeks. However, solving the worst symptoms is just the beginning, there's a lot more to correct, and its effects come in a more gradual way over weeks (flat feet correction, better hand grip, better body stability for more intense activities like carrying heavy bags, running, jumping, etc). Also if you care about aesthetics, you have to release a bunch of knots from the trunk so your celullitis drops to 0, your inner abs strong enough so they pull your belly in for the flat abs, the face/jaw muscles to correct face assymmetries and give better tone (and in general tone every other muscle in the body. The effect is after all the same as a massage) So to actually achieve full perfect posture and strength it's some more months of work. I'm still not done so I can't know how much time, but if I made a guess it's between 3 and 4 months total for a complete postural restoration for an hypermobile with a wrecked body like mine (I've been told I had the worst muscle knots they'd ever seen bt many PTs lol), I mean to build the body for full athletic conditioning. For normal people with posture issues like most of you maybe it's one month total, I don't know. Needless to say, all of these changes are permanent, no need to do any conscious effort to mantain a posture anymore, since your body is now strong to do it effortlessly.

Ok so sorry for the looong post :C I tried to put the relevant information there. I actually didn't want to post anything until I did a full posture restoration. The reason I did is because I wanted to know if this also works for others, because I have told a few people about it, but either they don't try it or if they do it somehow doesn't work, so I don't know if it only works for bodies like mine or they did it wrong. If they did it right they would say something "Wtf what is this!!". There's not way anyone is not shocked by how intense this process is. I was super shocked at first and I'm just not impressed anymore because I'm months under the process already. But yeah, I'd like to see if it works for anyone, and possibly change their lives forever, as it did mine. Please let me know :)
